Why family therapy?

Stress in relationships is inevitable. Sometimes we can’t resolve conflict alone, and that’s where a qualified family therapist can step in.

On top of the everyday issues that can build up between family members or partners, navigating relationships can be even trickier when managing different neurotypes such as ADHD, as well as anxiety and depression.

Who we serve: Family counseling in Seattle

To me, family therapy is for any group of people that have a relationship and want to work on it. This might be a nuclear family - parents and children -or many other kinds of bonds.

Bring your chosen family, grandparents, siblings, friends - whoever your people are!

I work with any group of people over the age of 14 to address relationship issues.
