Your career and your mental health

We spend too much time at work to accept unhappiness. Careers can be a source of pride and passion, but can also worsen mental health concerns and relationship issues. ADHD, anxiety, and depression can get in the way of us feeling like we’re doing our best work, or can make us think that we are the problem instead of our work environment.

Chronic stress and burnout should not be the norm! Let’s advocate for better work practices, or discover if there’s something else we’re meant to be doing, through career counseling.
